I'm a fan. I got a ticket from live nation and it said 7:00 on it. I did not plan to be out of work to be at the show as early as 5:30 - so I missed testament. while i was at the show, i bumped into a guy who had a similar problem - and who traveled many miles just to see testament. Needless to say, he was very pissed. If it happened to me - and it happened to him - i'm willing to be it happened to alot of people. Now, I'm a loyal priest fan, and I have no interest in suing priest. But live nation is a clear channel spin off for crying out loud - they gouge the bands, the fans, and everyone in between. in fact, their only realy product is bring the fan and the band together for the sake of a performance. They botched it.
As an attorney, I have a plan on how to do something about it. But I want to see if anyone else got ripped like I did.
