ok--Ron--I dug out Granny's cookbooks--here goes
for the seasoning--- combine--1 & 1/2 cup flour---1 Tbls garlic salt---1 tsp pepper--1/2 tsp paprika--& 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning ( set aside )
for the batter-- combine--2/3 cup flour --1/2 tsp salt--1 beaten egg & 3/4 cup water ( set aside )
heat oil in deep fryer til hot
dip chicken in sesonings then batter then seasonings again & place in fryer--fry approx 15 minutes til golden brown
sorry my granny wasn't related to Colonel Sanders --lol
