perhaps it was money.

the way I heard the Reckless thing was 2 million for the song, but they lost all rights to it, couldnt use it on the album, or any subsequent use. 

johnny b goode.  never saw the movie, heard I wasnt missing much, but the cover is good, and they like covers it seems.
