I swim in the vast oceans
My body is sky blue and my crown is red
I am thought to be a sea monster in search for human flesh
My body is long, scaly and hard like steel
I seem to have an eternal life
But I am a mortal being
For I look up to the skies when it's my time dying
Then I drift upon the waves to hit a sandy beach so warm and dry
Or I crash into rocks in the middle of the sea or near the shore
What am I?
