That's true. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get past Canadian security earlier this morning, so I had to ride back home. Sorry, Hellrider. Curse this expired passport of mine!! [Show/Hide Quoted Message](Quoting Message by joedraper from Saturday, September 12, 2009 3:55:54 AM)

Hellrider is so right Vail! I think it has something to do with your lungs working harder when you're cycling so you get good oxygen flow to all your muscles. Also doing something with your body releases endorphins and that really helps with fatigue. Just remember to be alert, ride safe, always wear your helmet and NEVER listen to your mp3 player when you're cycling alone!
Also remember to stretch well when you get home to break down the lactic acid in your legs.
I'm off for a nice ride on my mtb bike later on today... wish you both could join me!

Can't find the "What sucks" thread for some reason, so I'll say it here:
It sucks being tired from work all the time. Every time I come home from work I have to take a nap...and even if I do take one I still feel tired.
