At my old place I lived next to a drug dealer who kept his Pit Bull outside at like 3 am to do his thing. He would run deals with the gang across the street and leave the freaking dog outside for HOURS. The dog would scream and hollar and everything. It was a nice dog too bad it had a crappy owner.
I lived in a basement apartment with a bedroom that was about 6 ft away from the dog yard.
Eventually I got fed up and ran outside in my PJs at 3 am and shouted (not caring who else woke up in the house) "SHUT THE DOG UP!" "SHUT UP! SHUT UP! SHUT UP! SHUT UP!"

Mother fuckin lazy bastards anyways!!!!!!! I am going to call every day and complain once I mail my letter to the animal control,they said we have to have at least 3 signatures and I've got 5 now so I'll be calling them every day untill they do something about it. Its fucking "cruel" to this poor animal and I'm sick of it!! I can't do it obviously but I'd like to take my Marshall amp and put it next to thier bedroom window when they are trying to sleep and just crank that bitch up as loud as it will go and watch them try and get any sleep!!!!!!
