I've always felt since the late 80's that Iron Madien became a band all about Steve Harris and his love of monopolizing a song with too much bass. Then Bruce decided to put his degree into play and make songs about poems and such that went on forever. The only one of which I love it "Rhyme fo the ancient Mariner".
So they became more ego driven than music driven as far as I'm concerned. That's about the time they started to suck! Damn shame. They had something and pissed it all away. Sure Steve Harris is hot and so is Bruce, but that doesn't carry a band. Yawns. BE must be used to music that puts you to sleep. Most callers saying the exact same thing: had they know the setlist would have been so piss-poor, they wouldn't have even considered shelling out the $. You know it is bad when people were even laughing at how goofy Eddie looks. Here's hoping you have a better experience.
