"Refreshing," yes, Ron. Interesting, sure. However, it has very little to do with what ol' Brian is trying to cram down our collective throats with his posts.
The article makes reference to "classic" metal singers (i.e. back in the day). I have yet to read a single post that makes a negative comment about OLD Maiden / Dickenson. The problem is the new material and by "new" I am referring to every album since Seventh Son (which I rather like). I think all would entertain a sincere discussion on the subject but what Brian pretends to do is far from what he writes. By blindly swearing that EVERYTHING that Maiden / Dickenson has done is as good as the earlier albums, especially on the Priest site, is trolling. Plain and simple.
