I don't agree with that. His voice didn't sound as good as the early days when they recorded Heaven and Hell, Mob Rules, but it was still excellent after all those years. Its all just a matter of opinion though and some people in here just can't handle others opinions very well if you know what I mean. I disagree, Dio's voice was stronger later in his life than when he was younger. I saw him a few months before his passing and was awe struck at that mans incredible vocals. More power and intensity then I could ever believe. I've heard rumors that maybe it was RJD's lack of drug intake that kept his voice so strong. I remember an interveiw with Tony Iommi, saying he was the only singer he ever knew who never needed to warm up his vocals.
