Just leather and studs or were there spikes involved? Here they won't allow you to wear spikes
but I've seen plenty of studded jackets at metal shows. They took a watch with a metal loop off
my belt once. I got all pissed that they were taking it and called them assholes. This guy started explaining
their policy and I just told him "I don't give a f*ck and can I go or what?" He just looked at me dumfounded

Thank God we haven't hit that stage in England (yet!) though a few years back the security at Black Crusade asked me to remove my belt chains, I told him they were non-removeable ones (though they were) and got away with it. He wouldn't have been able to confiscate them unless I actually deliberately hurt someone, other people were made to take off chains, gauntlets etc and just put them back on right after. Our cat dragged in a wild mouse.. I think it was way too small for a rat but feck me! It was vicious! We used a humane mouse trap and then I went and tossed it out by the vineyards but for about a month it was a menace in our kitchen. Eating anything that it could gnaw a hole through. Cereal, biscuits, potatoes and hard veggies.. Crazy. When I let it go it tried to scamper up out of the trap by itself. Needless to say I almost shat myself and I keep rats for pets so you can get a rough idea of how scary this dude was!

I'm usually Humane. If you wish to be, buy a critter cage for muskrats and catch it. But, my general feeling about rats near my home is they pretty much deserve to die. Wild rats are nasty and carry disease, and can do all kinds of damge to a home. My suggestion is kill it before it decides to make your home, it's home.

But there isn't even really a south sieeeeda! He must have been born in the Ren Cen or, perhaps, even Hart Plaza as the Ambassador Bridge and beyond is the West side and Grosse Pointe sits to the east. This is backed up with the move of the city of East Detroit changing its name to "East Pointe" many years ago. They were always a separate city and were always confused with the east side of Detroit, ergo the name-change. Eastern Market is pretty much the start of the "East side" of Detroit and that is even to the north of the Ren Cen. Detroit only runs east / west and north. 75 south dumps you at the Ren Cen / tunnel or Toledo.

Yeah Painkiller87,Sons Of Northern Darkness kicks some serious balls. I really don't like the new album 'All Shall Fall" that much,it just doesn't do anything for me,glad I didn't buy it,but I don't buy anything unless I hear it first. I don't like all of Immortal's albums,but the 3 I have I have always liked: The first album "Diabolical Full Moon Mystisism" in 1992,the 2nd album and best Immortal album of all time "Pure Holocaust" from 1993,and 2002's Sons Of Northern Darkness.Those 3 are Immortal's best in my opinion. Never cared for Battles In The North,Blizzard Beasts was "ok" but nowhere near thier best albums. The next album that would be listenable would be "Damned In black" that album is ok. We'll just have to wait and see what the band has for all of us,I'm sure I won't be disappointed,but I know others will be.

I agree if they do a tour in 2011 for Nostradamus we won't get a new album for at least another 2 years probably a little longer,that would drag pretty much into January 2013? Wow.
No worries Hellrider, no offense taken. Maybe the new HALFORD will take the edge off for you a little? I have a feeling that he is most definitely leaning toward the hardcore metal that we love so much from him. Hopefully he will influence Priest as well and they will blend the classic Priest with the hardcore side and give us something incredible. But I'm thinking we won't have a new album by Priest for another 2 years...... this tour they are doing next year most likely is to support Nostradamus. But maybe they can write on the road or already have some stuff done that we don't know about? Let's hope!!!

I will admit it was the first step towards the bottom for them. I think they could have recovered
from that point because the album wasn't that bad. The problem was following it up with that "Load"
of shit they laid on us. Slight recovery with "Reload" and then their demise with "ST. Anger".

I think more people like the Angel Of Retribution album than you may think hellrider,I respect your opinion about the album but there is no way that it possibly sounds like The Black Album,or as crappy song writting as the black album,if it were there would be more of a percentage of forum members barking it out like they did with the release of Nostradamus,yet the only 2 who hate it are you and Brian.Its your opinion,its all good man. I still say that if the Defenders Of The Faith album came out right now instead of 1984 you would freaking "hate it" and if Angel Of Retribution came out in 1984 you'd like it HAHA!!

I remember running out to Best Buy to get it the day that it was released. I ran out of the store ripping the plastic off - not a moment to waste. I put it into the car CD player hoping that it would play since I got the dual disc version. The moment I heard Judas Rising, I KNEW that the PRIEST WAS BACK!! It is absolutely classic Priest all the way and I was in heaven..... it had been WAAAAAAAAY too long since they released an album like that. No offense to Ripper, but those two albums were not classic Priest. I love the album. No, it isn't hardcore like Painkiller, but it is classic Priest all the way and has all the reasons that I fell in love with Priest to begin with back in '82.

If this entire forum and even outside the forum all hated Angel Of Retribution it wouldn't phase me in the least,the album is a kick ass Judas Priest british heavy metal album in my book,thats all that matters to me.Everytime I hear it,it makes me thankful that they delivered such a classic album,only one bad song and thankfully its the last track. Painkiller is excellent but not every track is top notch either,I really don't think One Shot At Glory is one of thier best songs either,and at least that track is the last on the album lol!!
