No (Wait...that should be a "yes" as nothing really happened). I went to a nearby park, but the moon was very bright and covered most of the sky with light even though I was in a dark area. A thick haze from nearby wildfires didn't really help the meteor-watching. Didn't see a single meteor. I looked at the sky for about half an hour, then had to leave because I had to wake up at 5 a.m. Shame, but I'll try it again tonight. LOL! yes people in small neighborhoods are quick to call the police, they probably were just driving by to check it out. I got a couple of drive bys the night I sat in my back yard that faced another street sitting in a lounge chair, drinking beer at 2:00 in the morning. Guess the neighbors didn't know or care about the awsome event going on in the sky! LOL
