EJC_74,
To try and answer this, the tix are NOT ON SALE YET, I've been trying to find out the story with that website, Ticket Network Direct, but so far I haven't had any luck. I don't see how they can have any tix for sale especially in specific rows. I'm thinking it might be some kind of scam or something. Ticketmaster and Live Nation do not have them for sale yet which is what I'm waiting for also. Good luck to you and be careful where you get your tix from.
From, Wheels (a new member)
PS I'm also looking to see them at Jones Beach along with my 2 kids (17 & 18) and a good friend from Florida. Edited at: Tuesday, March 24, 2009 6:07:23 PM |

Meeting Judas Priest was so awesome! All the guys were really nice and took the time to answer questions and sign autographs. I have seen them a few times since then and plan to see them again in July when they play in Missouri this summer. |

YEAH!!! Anyone who mentions WLLZ (WRIF would have been a suitable sub) is an instant friend!
Welcome from an old Detroit kid! Pine Knob will NEVER be the DTE Center, IMO!!!! Hi,
Can anyone tell me why the sale dates for this newly announced US tour have yet to be announced? & when they might be? I'd like to get tix before they sell out! I searched online just a few days ago, & the site for the Jones Beach show showed no tix on sale as of yet, & now it does, & very few tix left. I don't understand how THAT happened!! One day no tix are on sale & not even a date as to when they will be listed, & the next there are no more than 4 per section/row.... WTF?!
Also, it lists some ridculously high prices, between $135-$500-something!? :o WTF?!?!?!?!?!?! That can't be correct!?
Does anyone know the real deal, since this site has had no news about tix sale dates for unknown reasons as of yet. & why Live Nation doesn't even list ANY tour dates at ALL for Priest, & yet this site that claims to be the official site for Jones Beach says they are on sale & have very few left & is asking for extortionistic prices for the tix! WTF!?!?!?!?!
This is very contradictory esp. when Jone Beach says their tix are sold through Live Nation.
& if these tix sales are valid, then why doesn't Live Nation's site even list Priest as going on tour, w/listed dates that are listed on this site?! & why would they be almost sold out when there was never any official date mentioned publicly about any sale dates for said tix?
& furthermore, if these prices are valid, WTF???? Why are these bands so damn greedy? I expect these types of prices from KI$$, RU$H, Aero$mith, VH, etc.,...BUT, PRIEST!? Do they think their fans are all relatives of Bill Gate$? Esp. in this economy! Shit, I'd never pay that much just to see ONE band, irregardless of the economy, but that's beside the point! The tix for the Metal masters tour which I missed due to lack of $$ last Summer were only $50 a PIECE, & that was to see like 5 bands, not just ONE!
Anyway, if anyone here can help me out w/this, it'd be much appreciated. Thanx!

They are great in concert aren't they? I saw them many times here in New York in the past, they were great then and I've seen video of them now and they're still rockin'. You need to get some of their older albums, I have them all back to Rocka Rolla. Enjoy Nostradamus, it's a MASTERPIECE!! |

Went to see the priest with some freinds last month in Shefield, the gig was fantastic, the best iv seen in a long time. Each member was superb, creating an awesome sound, Mesenger of Death made the hairs stand on my neck. Iv not heard any of their music before but have now got the new Nostradamus album which has not been out of my CD player since, theres a different track for what ever mood your in. I felt i had to post a message on here because i was so impressd, just wish i had heard their stuff years ago.Well done chaps. |

The Priest back in the U.S.A., can't wait. Hopefully all the ticket sellers will sell fair and not at inflated prices or sell certain tickets to other web sites at double the price. I feel that borders scalping which is ILLEGAL! Do you hear that? Hopin' to see them in NY with my friend from Fl and my 2 kids. I'm already seeing tix for sale on Ticket Network Direct for a minimum of 135.00 all the way up to 705.00 and the tix are not even on sale yet, who is giving them these specific ones? |
