So I noticed that between November 16 and November 22, there are no shows planned. Do you think maybe, on your way from Toronto to Montreal, the Priest could possibly squeeze in a visit to Scotiabank Place in Ottawa? If I said Please? Thank you!

Wayne LOVED Priest!! We are all Still going with Wayne in our hearts! I am asking for someone to string together names of JP songs or verses of songs into a tribute to a fellow Priest Fan! Funeral is tomorrow at 10am! Thanks for your help and suggestions! Amy |

Travelling 10,000 miles to see Judas Priest
I'm a 35 year old single father from India. Couldn't plan on any of the other venues coz my daughter's got school. So i synced her vacation calendar with the tour schedule, and the only available dates were Las Vegas/Los Angeles. It's more than halfway around the world, and it'll take a chunk out of my life's savings, but it's my one shot at glory! Edited at: Monday, June 20, 2011 10:22:13 AM |

Sweden Rock 2011
What a blast, an absolute kickass show.
I've been a Priest fan since the early 80's.
Over the years I've been listening to all kinds of music and let the Priest rest for about 10 - 15 years then
I returned to the hardrock and heavy metal music for good it seems.
I was lucky enough to see them at Sweden Rock 9'th of june and YEAH it was a total blast.
I was overwhelmed by the total awesumness of Rob's voice, incredibly what a voice this man still has. - credits to the best hardrock/heavy metal singer ever. The rest of the band was totally brilliant including Richie Faulkner.
K.K. are ofc missing but the world must go on;P
Priest - thanks for an brilliant and neverforgotten show.
Got some great shoots at Faulkner, if any interest of Webmaster I have them in high resolution.
Rock on brothers and sisters!

Good evening everyone,
This is my first post on the messageboard & I would just like to state the obvious;
I have only recently discovered Judas Priest after numerous recommendations from elder family members. I am a humble defender of the faith that idolises the Metal Gods & their music. I sincerely hope that their final tour includes Australia, as it will be the first & last time that I will be able to see in person the glory of Priest.
May Judas Priest live forever.

Who gives a fuck when the US tour dates come out?! The question here is "WHEN THE FUCK IS JP MANAGEMENT IS GOING TO FIX THE FUCKING PROBLEM?!" THAT IS THE QUESTION OF THE TIME! It is not like, GOD forbid, that KK is very sick and can't tour. This sounds like a bunch of fucking egos getting in the way plus coporate fucks who want to keep the machine rolling. They have no integrity! NONE! No wonder why we have a fucked up US President in office right now and a world that is going ape shit. Fuck, morals went out the door when that son of bitch of a President took office and sent the bust of Winston Churchill back to the Prime Minister of the UK. Now, they kick out one of the original founding members of the greatest rock and metal band of all time. There is no justice in the world today.
Late!

First of all I was completely bummed to hear that Priest was calling it quits on touring, but I do understand that it must get tougher as you get older to put on the show the way you guys do, but KK quitting??? I can't believe it! Priest is and always will be, Rob, Glenn, Ian, Scott AND KK!!!! There is nothing else! I LOVE Priest. Have since high school. So I'm not just some new or young fan here. I realize we all get older and things do change, but this is absolutely devestating!!!

Loved Judas Priest since i was 14,(1980) finally I was able to see them.
And they've seemingly tricked me into buying tickets to a reduced version I would never have spent money on. And there is ofcourse No refund.
On top of that, I am not even allowed to join the discussion because of this reputation-system.
Judas Priest and I just got 100% alienated today.

Because it's nothing more than yet another reissue of Rocka Rolla and Sad Wings of Destiny produced by Priest's former label, Gull Records. The Rocka Rolla tracks were remixed for this compilation, but in my opinion the remixes sound poorer than the original.

The first time I heard JP (sometime in the late 70's), I decided I wanted to sing in a band. Although I don't have Rob's range, control, and sheer power, it's still a pursuit I'll never walk away from (even being a nerdy engineer these days). No single singer has, and continues to move me in the same way. Sometime after that, in the mid-80's, I picked up a guitar for the first time- first song I learned to play was Breakin' the Law. I wish there were two of me, so I could get that Tipton-Downing sound in my own garage.
Every week I am roped into watching a little show on TV called american idol. (I like to have sex with my girl, what can I say.) And each season, each week, I keep waiting for someone to come out and sing Dreamer/Deceiver- Dissident Aggressor- Island of Domination- The Ripper- something like that. Heck, one of these chickies could do Last Rose and would blow my doors off. And each week, I walk upstairs shaking my head. There have been a couple that got close to impressing me in the past two seasons, but both ended up just sounding contrived and forced, not quite there. Maybe Rob and the boys could spare me one evening and show up for an impromptu lesson on heavy metal and heavy metal vocals.
Anyway I've gotta wait 30 days before I can write in the "messages to the band" section, so I guess I'll be back then. |

Judas Priest is my favorite band and I've never been in a show of yours, I cried when I heard that you would make the last tour without passing through Sao Paulo (Brazil), because I'll never see a show of my favorite band and when I old enough to go to travel to another country alone, there wont be more good music like Judas Priest. Just wanted to hey. I am new here and just seemed to discover how awesome Judas Priest is within the last few months. I really can't seem to get enough of this band. So, far I can't say I have heard anything that I have been disappointed with. I am having fun hunting down all the vinyl I can find. Yeah, I have become one of those vinyl purists, but what can I say... These guys fucking shred on vinyl. Digging the Nostradamus release right now.
