hi, everyone im new here,but i go back many years with priest..just a fan like everone else here. last years show on long island i somehow made 2ed row then i had a blackout. but only had 3 24oz.buds earlier.i remember all songs played. but dont remember what even stage looked like.i was in some sort of zone.never been in a band but as a hobby sometimes with my les paul 4to5 hours will go by and it felt like 20 min. has this happed to anyone else ?

LOL... @ Rock band, My nephew has gotten to the highest level on them all.. he is 10.. lol everyone else get booed off the stage..... BAhhhhhhh hahaha.. Good grief Iam going to have practice up on this Rock band/ Guitar hero stuff..
He has mastered almost all of the guitar hero too expert level... LOL

Good thing I didn't spot those empty seats or the little girl would have had two of us to drag out!

I did see them at PINE KNOB when they played with Queensryche (why do they still have the Pine Knob beer store across the street if they now feel like calling it the DTE?! I mean, I am a huge skiier. The ski hill is still called Pine Knob, so you wouldn't have to worry about calling it DTE, whew... Mt. Trashmore ! We saw Priest at DTE with Queensryche too. We were way too far away though. I thought Queensryche sounded really bad that day. I'd seen them twice before, and they were much better. We are going to see Queensryche again next week in Grand Rapids at a club called the Intersection - should be a good show. But NO ONE is as good as Priest live!!

I've been a Priest fan for 27 years. My brother came home with the Screaming for Vengeance album in '82 and that was it for me - I was in LOVE with Priest! I met them in Detroit at the meet and greet last year and had a complete Wayne's World moment . Thank God KK has an incredible sense of humor and laughed when I asked if they would sign "my box". That was an incredible show and I had front row seats for the first time in my life. I've seen them 7 times and they NEVER disappoint me. In fact, just when I think they can't get any better, they prove me wrong! | If your looking for Priest CD's Best Buy.com has all of them as well as some vinyl. They have the remaster of Rocka Rolla which sounds a little better than the original vinyl (which I have) and has Diamonds and Rust added. Their prices are good and they ship promptly. |

mike, welcome
to post pictures, you need to host them on some kind of website that will alow you to link them. tinypic, photobucket are the most comon, although facebook and some others work also
copy the URL, then when your in the posting window, click the buton that looks like a mountain, it will open a window, paste the URL in the URL space, hit ok. should be good. somewhere there is a thread that explains it beter.

I just spent 3 days figuring out how to get in on the presale for the Cincinnati show on July 21, 2009. I got the presale password and thought I was all set. At 10:00 I try to buy tickets on ticketmaster and no go. Besides the password there is also some private webpage so of course real fans get screwed and ticket brokers and/or corporations are currently getting all the good seats; maybe all of the seats considering there is only 4100 seats at the venue. Thanks Alot!! I'll just have to pay 2 or 3 times the ticket value to get a good seat. Business as Usual!!! |
